Refund and Return Policy

We want you satisfied with your Mechmaxx machine.

30-day return window

You may return an unused, uncrated machine within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection.

The machine must be in original, unused condition with all included attachments, manuals and documentation.

Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping anything back. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.

Return freight is at the buyer's cost, unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect - in that case we arrange and pay for the return freight.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the machine is received and inspected, normally within 5 to 10 business days of arrival at our facility. You will receive an email when the refund is issued.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Note any freight damage on the delivery receipt before signing, photograph it and email support@mechmaxx.shop the same day. We handle the freight claim and arrange a repair, replacement part or replacement machine at no cost to you.

Warranty claims

Warranty claims are separate from returns. Every machine carries a warranty coverage subject to the final approved warranty terms - see the Warranty page.

What cannot be returned

Machines that have been fuelled, started or operated.

Machines damaged by misuse, modification, accident or improper storage.

Consumables and wear parts.

Exchanges

Prefer a different model rather than a refund? We exchange an unused, uncrated machine within the same 30-day window. Email us with your order number and the model you want; we confirm the price difference, arrange collection of the original machine and dispatch the replacement as soon as it is back with us. Exchange freight is free when the exchange is due to our error or a verified defect.

Your statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under applicable state law. Nothing here affects any remedy you are entitled to as a consumer under the law of your state.
